Explaination
Log in to cPanel using your username and your cPanel password at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel,
where yourdomain.com is your domain name.
Click on MySQL Database showing in Databases Menu
Now just type here your database name in New Database Feild and click Create Database.

After Create Database we have to create a Database user that will access that Database.
Just type your database user name and type password and confirm password in both fields and click Create User.

After creating a Database User Succussfully now we have to connect that Database User with required Database Name.
