How to update my custom nameservers in WHM?

Log in to WebHost Manager using root for your username and your server's password at http://yourdomain.com/whm, where yourdomain.com is your Domain name.
 
Click on Server Configuration

Click on Basic Web Host Manager® Setup

On this page you will see all Basic configuration Setup
Just scroll down till last. 

WHM NS 3

Now You need to write your Nameservers here.
 
WHM NS 4

And Click Save.
